Advise softinka to:
- Keep in one place all the data (company, name, soap, phone, etc.) of customers
- Group customers. To make it more convenient to work, for example, if different managers from different emails work with us from one company or Vasya has many companies.
- Linking files and folders to the above data.
- Linking mail to the above data, i.e. with a postman in one bottle.
— Chains of letters in mail as in gmail.
- Possibility to attach a log of work progress to the pompously written.
— Just comments on all of the above.
- Convenient search throughout.
Maybe there is something close to the above and open, so that you can finish it?
If there are no such free ones, then at least name what commercial solutions are, at least under what OS ...

This is www.teamlab.com/ , in principle, the most common project management system BUT they promise to fasten CRM and EMAIL soon
