The first thing might be the cooler on the video card, check with MSI Afterburner.
Secondly, it is possible to whistle the throttle on the video card, if you do not find a problem in the cooler, then you can check it through Furmark - it will load the video card and if they whistle, then this is the throttle.
Well, the third, unlikely, the power supply whistles under heavy load, you can try to load the processor and video card separately, if there is no squeak, then load everything together, if it appears, then it is advisable to open the unit and inspect it for swollen conduits (unless, of course, there is a desire with to dig all this, if not, then either replace or repair).
