Where can I find a replacement video card fan?

There is a video card on which the fan stopped, from the word at all. I thought in Google "gt 1030 fan", and I'll find what I need, but it wasn't there, it's not clear whether it fits or not, and even the price is 300 hryvnia (something about 800 rubles) for some kind of fan.

I don’t understand this topic, maybe they are all universal, the main thing is to choose the diameter? How can I find the right fan, namely what characteristics will help in this.

PS: I have a Gigabyte gt 1030 low profile

I would attach the cheapest one to the ties and not take a steam bath.
