How can I smooth out noise in AV NTSC?
Good afternoon!
There is an AV signal source in NTSC format. There is a device for recording on a flash drive - DVR. Ripples are observed during recording, although if you directly connect the signal source to the video capture device, this effect is not observed. Can you please tell me how to mitigate these noises? Can I put an LC filter or a ferrite ring or something else to try?
Who has dealt with this problem?
Thanks to all!

Understand the power of your DVR. Start by flipping the plug in the electrical outlet.
