Good afternoon Toaster. At work, there are Siemens OpenStage 40 SIPs. At the moment, the image from the display has disappeared on one device. Only the backlight and indicators around the display light up. The display itself has a white screen. Maybe some button is responsible for this? Or is it an internal failure?

Internal failure - usually turn off the backlight, not the display itself.
