Video card crash?

Hello.
About a week ago, the computer began to freeze wildly (even in the menu) in cod warzone, at first I thought that it was a typical update from Blizzards with a bunch of bugs and poor optimization .. But as it turned out, then friezes began not only in the cold, but also in other games, less demanding (wot/wot blitz, csgo).
Now more about the friezes themselves - Let's say I went into the cs and everything is quite stable in my menu, but when I enter the rink, there are freezes at every corner. if you stand still and no one runs nearby, then the fps is stable 100-130 (at high), as soon as you start walking, shooting, or they shoot at you, the fps drawdown + freeze as such, lets go and again 100-130fps. These are not one-time freezes that occur once every 10 minutes, or until the map is loaded, etc., etc. - these are permanent microfreezes. Even in the menu in tanks, when you click on some panel that is not related to 3d models or the main gameplay, it freezes wildly, and until it loads, for example, a research branch, it will not stop freezing (you can hear how the cooler is gaining momentum)
Later, the screen began to cut off, or rather began to blink. I thought that it was the video card, I began to look at the temperature, MHz, voltage, and did not notice anything unusual (By the way, I replaced the thermal paste)
I put another monitor, changed the cable, and still the same problem.
(the screen stopped flashing by itself, even under load) - I thought perfectly.
But things do not change, there are friezes.
I looked at the video card board, looked at the motherboard, looked at the RAM and sockets, looked at the percent, but didn’t notice anything strange ... all the capacitors are in perfect order.
I am sinning on the power supply circuit or bp ..
I ask for help .. because I have already completely fallen into despair

distorted the RAM? Did you clean the contacts with a rubber band? - at least you can do it. if there is a built-in on the process, then sit in chrome and youtube on it (if it freezes in chrome, or try to run cs go on it there). look at the voltage jumps are there any, etc.
