Video card vibrates. Are there silicone nails for video card fans?

Are there silicone nails or something similar for attaching video card fans? Now I solved the problem only in a workaround - I set an arbitrary curve in MSI Afterburner. Maybe someone else solved a similar problem? Any ideas?
