Video cards

What to do with a broken pce-e connector?

There is an asrock h97 board.
It has 6 pci connectors. All 6 connectors are used - video cards are connected through risers.
The fact is that the board is new,
but pci-e x1 connectors are too free
in it. The riser staggers back and forth in it, as a
result of which the video cards disappear.
In the log "video driver stopped responding"
Sometimes the system just freezes.
It is enough to touch the riser, as soon as the contact is lost, and the Windows freezes.
What can you think of in this case?

1) use a different riser that will hold properly
2) fix the riser to one side by carefully inserting a toothpick next to the riser
