Why does my monitor go to sleep after installing drivers?

Background. I changed the video card, the old burned out.
I bought a new video card, Gigabyte GeForce gtx 1660 super.
So, I put the video card in the PC, then Windows decided to intervene and installed its own firewood, after which the screen completely went out.
Attempts to poke around in safe mode did not lead to anything. I wrote off everything for a driver conflict, tk. before that there was a video card from AMD. Completely demolished Windows, reinstalled. I turn it on, go to the nvidia off site, download the latest driver, install it, and the same story. The screen goes to sleep. Rebooted, after the Windows logo the screen is also cut down. At the same time, the mouse is also cut down, with the keyboard (the backlight does not work on them). After that, many times without. mode, deleted everything via ddu, reinstalled, tried installing drivers from the gigabyte website, connected it to another monitor, to a TV, changed the connection cable from hdmi to DisplayPort, even reset the bios. But the problem remained. What could be the problem?

PSU: 700W Thermaltake Proc
: Xeon x3470
Mother: Asus p7p55d
