Startup and taxes - what taxes in the absence of profit (SPD)?
I live in Donetsk (Ukraine). I'm going to register a SPD with a general taxation system. But several questions arise. Do I have the right not to receive profit? In the first months, there may be no income at all (only expenses - you need to launch a project, promote it, it is not known when it will start to make a profit). What would be the tax in this case? Will they not be fined?
By the way, between the registration of an entrepreneur and registration with the tax and pension authorities, what is the maximum time? And then there is no time, in one day there is no way to run around all the organs.

Hello countryman. Or maybe it’s not worth starting SPD yet?
What kind of start? Online store?
It all depends on how the money will come to you.
Another piece of advice is to wait until next year when the tax code is adopted. Now it is not at all clear what will be and how much to pay.
SPD with a single tax is good because no one cares about your expenses. All you do is pay monthly UAH 200 (well, or how much you have there) + additional payments to the pension, and make sure that the turnover per year is not more than the allowed amount. Well, submit reports once a quarter to the tax on the movement of funds. Once a year, you submit reports to the pension, and you receive a certificate of the payer. If memory serves, there is nothing more. Therefore, do not worry, no one will fine until the adoption of the new tax code, and then we'll see 8)
I recognized this question.
If there is no profit at all, then no one needs to pay anything. Generally zero.
If the profit is at least 50 UAH. per month - you need to pay a minimum of 33.2% (minimum UAH 300, maximum UAH 5000 in PF) + 16.66666% VAT (from the balance), + 15% tax (from the balance of the balance).
