How to properly describe the concept of the system?

I have an idea for a new service. The very meaning of the idea can be expressed in two sentences.
But how to properly prepare a system concept, including a description of the functions of the system and subsystems and their interaction?
This is not the level of technical specifications, but, if I may say so, a preliminary design.
Maybe there are standard for this kind of documents, mandatory items, etc.?
Where can you see examples? All the time I hear in the news about various incubators and crowdfunding, but how to really see, apart from links to the same news, there is nothing.

No way
Write TOR for MVP and implement
Without implementation, your idea is not worth the time of those who have money
Most of the ideas after implementation are thrown away or redone so that the original idea is not visible

Hello,
The question is not very clear, most importantly, what do you need the concept of the system for?
I can assume that you wanted to use such a document in order to succinctly tell about your idea in the shortest possible time. For example, on a short speech, or simply post a page on the Internet to send a link to interested people. Some kind of presentation.
If everything is so, then you need to look towards landing pages, where the point is precisely to interest a potential buyer (an investor in your case). Accordingly, you need to dig in this direction, there is a lot of literature.
Briefly:
- Interest (headline, picture, emotion)
- Describe the problem
- Confirm benefits
- Close objections
- Bring facts (and figures)
- Persuade to leave contact
I would like to hear how it really happened, what happened, what didn't?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
