The start does not work, as I understand it, you need to wait for updates, but the question is, how to open Windows Update? You need to open the "parameters" that open through the start, but it does not work, there is no update center in the control panel now.

Did you upgrade to windows 10 or did a clean install?
I advise you to put it from a USB flash drive, when updating, any garbage is possible.

When I put 10, I decided to climb the services and turn off everything that seemed unnecessary. But after that I found that the launch stopped working. It turned out that after I restored the Windows Journal service, the start worked again.
