Standalone Task system for one developer?

Good afternoon.

I do project development. Several projects are being worked on at the same time. Now I use `trello + toggl for time tracking. But some features are missing.

Actually requirements:
- Ability to specify planned and actual time for a task
- If possible, a gantt chart or some analogue to represent the relationships between tasks (which task blocks which ones)
- Separation into projects / clients
- Reporting system
- I would like the system not to be overloaded . I tried jira somehow - it didn’t go in due to an excess of functionality, for one person there is a lot of unnecessary.
- It is desirable, but not necessary, with open source, so that you can finish it for yourself if something happens.

Can anyone use something similar and can advise?
