Which PM system to use on the Product Managers + outsource team?

I am looking for a system / methodology that allows you to:

1. visualize current projects and tasks
2. eliminate team overload
3. do not waste time (separate team)

I paid attention to Kanban, I want to implement the Do / In progress / Done board, but until I can not decide on the system - I will be glad to any advice.

About the team:

A small production team (department in an advertising company) that creates web projects (from promo sites and mini activations to entertainment portals, without enterprise solutions).

4 people Product Managers/Owners (all have technical expertise), whose main task is to create a product: choosing a contractor (outsource small dev companies), preparing a task (specification, prototype), quality control of the task, completion of work.

I wonder how you integrate Kanban? How do you work with similar teams?
