SSD stopped being detected after reboot, what's wrong?

I ran into a problem that I can't solve.

I have an HP ProOne 440 G4 (4NU44EA) monoblock, I bought a SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD for it.

Everything worked fine until one day, after a reboot, the system stopped booting (it was on an SSD). I thought the problem was in the disk, changed it under warranty, but found that the BIOS / UEFI also does not see the new SSD.

What could be the problem, can you help me figure it out?
