Solutions for accounting finance and processing online store orders

The task is to attach to the store on opencart:
1. Order processing (convenient task management for managers, purchasing goods from suppliers, order statuses, messages to users when status changes).
2. Accounting for user payments (changing the status of the order to "paid" when ordering, the balance of the user's funds in the personal account).
3. How to combine this: reports on the work of the online store: margin, turnover ...
I don’t know if these will be separate solutions, or all together ... Order processing operators work remotely for about 20 orders per day for 5 products.
It turns out that solutions should be easily integrated, have their own API. You can finish the store, but you don’t want to waste time, but to find a ready-made solution - suddenly something convenient has already been done before us.

I use the WebAsyst Shop-Script engine, finished with my own hands. I think you can tie it to OpenCart.
Missing reports (margin \ profit \ cost of goods, etc.) I extract manually through phpmyadmin. The remaining expenses and monthly data are maintained in Excel. I don't use 1C.
Interaction with suppliers - it depends more on suppliers, alas. Basically, this is mail, ICQ, telephone and price list in Excel format.
