Is there a project management system for a 3D graphics studio?

Hello.
For structuring and a systematic approach, it became necessary to switch to a convenient project management system.
Until recently, AmoCRM was used in the work, but it is aimed at selling and maintaining only a client base. Accordingly, the missing tools for work have to be used with the help of third-party tools. The specifics of creating 3D
content requires the following functions in the project management system:
project performers, record the time spent and generate a report to the head of the studio.
2. Maintaining a database of performers, with the ability to structure them and attach a portfolio. The executor does not need to work inside the service, i.e. it is important to form a base of contractors without mandatory authorization in the service.
3. Maintaining a customer base.
4. Web interface.
5. All tools are inside one system.
These are the main criteria that I would like to see in the service. Now there are quite a few of them and we have tried a sufficient number of them. One gets the impression that it is easier to modify any already ready service, but there are no resources for this now. I would like to get a ready-made solution with this set of functions. Perhaps we missed something, or services that are not yet very promoted have recently appeared on the market. We will be grateful if you suggest such a project management service.
