Rapid development and opening of additional points (manufacturing). The peculiarity is that we plan to create a universal platform and delivery is one of the directions. At the same time, a small store (online and actual), on-site trade in an assortment of delivery (a la mini cafe), and additional services will be introduced. I see the complexity of the choice for myself in tying one CRM for all directions and the ability to work with one product in all chains from order acceptance to transaction + relationship with CMS.

Also, in parallel, I am looking for a CRM for project management. The peculiarity is that the main base (operating enterprise) operates on the territory of Moscow, and the project being launched is in Nizhny Novgorod. The task of CRM: creation of a universal platform for the development of a single brand with a common strategy, transparent operating activities of 2 branches, the possibility of joint planning, discussion, task management, etc.
