Hello, tell me who is in the subject - you need to create a network of sites. Tasks - 1 admin panel, 5-10 domains, different news on each, but with the possibility of the "News of the region" block to pull up from different network sites. Only Wordpress with multisite comes to mind, but maybe someone will suggest another solution

I took OctoberCMS - it has a free Multisite plugin and a choice of theme for each domain
