Unfortunately, there has not yet been a practice for creating technical specifications. Of all the components, several areas are of interest: EDMS, CRM, HelpDesk.
Specifically pointed out quite different areas, the reason is simple. I think many of you have come across one or another product. Therefore, it would be interesting to have experience or references to successful projects that provided some assistance in compiling the ToR.
Correctly drawn up TK means a completed product.

First of all, collect the wishes of consumers. Make it into a diagram.
Then see what analogues are already on the market. Looking for a niche for your product.
