Need help with the ClientResolver::resolve method?

$result = \Bitrix\Crm\Integration\ClientResolver::resolve('ITIN', trim($_REQUEST['inn']), 1);

There was a problem, I can’t find documentation anywhere, what kind of method this is, I don’t even have anyone to ask at the company. The only thing I can assume is getting data by TIN, but it always returns an empty array, which is also not clear for the first parameter.
