After 2 days of videos and articles, the choice fell on amoCRM.
But after reading the reviews ... the desire to put it on disappeared altogether.
Advise who has experience what to choose?

Integrations only telephony and mail and applications from the site.
Possibility to issue an invoice.

optimization is about nothing
when it comes to website submissions - applications for what? if this is trade, then there must be some kind of integration with the accounting system. on the fig such optimization if you manually process orders
