How to make calls on your CRM through your mobile operator MTS?

Hello! Has its own CRM, written in CodeIgniter. It has events that are tied to clients. I would like to connect our existing MTS number (mobile or 8800) to crm and call allegedly from it from CRM.
Has anyone done this?

we did the same by connecting a flashed USB modem with an MTS SIM card to Asterisk
