Is there a crm with the following functionality?

Task: It is required to put managers on cold calls
Problem: They do not want to properly, properly call the list of potential customers
Possible solution: Crm is required with the function of sequential dialing by phones in the database (with a certain filter, for example, only those who either did not get through or didn't call at all). That is, in the morning I came and clicked "Start work" and the program began to call the phones one by one, the manager immediately puts down the status of the callers. I wanted to rest or have lunch, I pressed "Stop". Based on the results of the work, it would be possible to build a report on how much total time the manager worked.
Question: Are there similar implementations with crm or other programs?

Most simple CRM can do this. But in general, I only see software for the call center here. This is somewhat faster.
Take any program for the call center from the common ones and go into battle.
You can set a goal and do it yourself in Asterisc.

https://www.bitrix24.ru/ Perhaps this resource will allow you to do this. Many managers work with him.

CRM Bitrix24 has the "Calling" function. Choose new or existing clients (randomly according to the list or parameters) and assign a call (to yourself or your colleague).
During the call process, the employee can indicate the result of each call. As a result, you get a report with the results. The report will include a record of each conversation.
