What are the systems for integrating chats and calls?

We are looking for an analogue of AmoCRM. All accounting is maintained in automated Google spreadsheets, therefore, from all the functionality, only integration with communication channels is needed (social networks, instant messengers, calls, chats on the site, etc.), or more precisely:
1. maintaining correspondence and calls in one system
2. linking different duplicate channels into one client card
3. convenient uploading of information and management via API
4. ideally for free or much cheaper than the same Amo :)
Initially, I wanted to use jivosite, but there is no integration with Instagram.
Can you recommend similar services?
