Of course, everything depends on the specific conditions, but more often it is better to write your own, if resources allow, since general-purpose CRM is an attempt to dock an incomprehensible thing with your business processes, multiplying the complexity by the complexity of CRM itself.
But if the budget is small, then everyone from our party left AmoCRM, and, at first, they thought in general to try to promote it in Spain because of the affiliate program. As a result, they use Bitrix24 because it is free for up to 12 users.
We connect RetailCRM to the client, there are also several free users there.
But my personal opinion, as a person who worked in sales, and now as a programmer ... I looked specifically at these three systems. There is nothing I don't understand! Really need courses for 6 months. Nothing is intuitive. It turns out that these Frankinsteins do not correspond to the real business tasks of the client, but offer to put up with an amorphous interface that was created for everything at once and for nothing in particular!
