How to unload transactions with emails of contacts from Bitrix24 CRM?

We use Bitrix24 CRM. There are many transactions at a certain stage. We want to make an email newsletter for the contacts of these transactions (not through Bitrix). Each deal has a contact with an email (and name). How to export all deals at a certain stage with contact emails to a csv file?
The problem is that there is no way to select an email to display, only the contact name is displayed.
If you go through the contact page, the email is displayed there, but there is no link to the deal.
The task seems to be very typical, while the Bitrix support replied that it was impossible to upload transactions along with the emails of their contacts.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How do you solve it?

We work mainly with the box, but there is a workaround on the cloud:
- Create a universal "Mailing list" with the fields:
-- Deal
-- Contact name
-- email contact
- Create a custom field in the deal: ID in the mailing list
- Create a BP which is triggered when a transaction is created/modified
-- Checks if the ID field in the mailing list is filled in - updates the entry in the "Mailing List" CA, if not - adds it.
And you can download this list as you want :)

In google sheets, via the Bitrix24 API, load all transactions into one table and contacts into another, and immediately simply attach a column with email to transactions, depending on the contact + with google sheets, you can also send mail via API + google app script
