CRM for sysadmins?
The question is, it is required to maintain and document applications from users. Also the possibility of maintaining a personal card of each individual pair-ended. This is what is absolutely necessary. And then, if possible, all sorts of statistics, monitoring, and so on. Do you have similar options in service.
PS I tried to look for several free ones and even tried trials, but everything is too overloaded and requires too much time to devote. The program does not have to be among the new products and so on, and open source is desirable for further masturbation in terms of functionality. By the way, if there is a web interface, this is even a huge plus.
PSS I will consider any options, so the above criteria do not play a critical role. Thanks in advance.

Look towards GLPI with the fusioninventory plugin. He had experience in implementing this system from scratch at an enterprise with 500+ workstations. In general, the experience was quite successful. The server with GLPI+MySQL has been deployed on Debian. Client computers are mainly Windows 7 to 10. Domain on Windows Server 2012. The client was rolled out by means of group policy and added to autorun when the computer starts. Where there was no network, reports were collected using a flash drive and a standalone client, then added to the server manually. Authorization in the WEB-interface was performed using LDAP. To create non-standard reports, a program was written in VB, which took the necessary information from the database and generated a report in HTML.
Of the minuses - there are no connections with IP-telephony, but maybe it is not needed.
A bunch of GLPI + Fusioninventory works for 300 machines. There are no problems, everything is quite convenient.
CRM? exactly CRM?
Customer Relations Manager - products focused on sales optimization
or is it something new: Computer Resource Manager?
Maybe this is not exactly what you need and fresh software, but look towards ITDB. Also available in a container
