There are many good cloud based sales CRMs out there. Are there analogues for work on tenders / public procurement? For example, link an announced tender to a deal, collaborate with colleagues on analysis / preparation of an application / participation / contract signing, build funnel reports, etc.? If there is also a built-in tender search module, it's generally super.
