How to make desk.com friends with multifox?

I want to log in as an agent in desk.com from one of the profiles in multifox (an extension for Firefox to work with several sets of accounts on different sites in parallel). The top panel appears (it also shows that the login went as it should - the required username is displayed), and instead of the workspace (where all tickets should be and everything else) there is an empty white area. If you log in there from under the default profile, it works fine. It's interesting what the specificity of Multifox is, that it blocks the rendering of a part (moreover, the main part, although I doubt that this says anything) of the page.
I am already preparing letters to the authors of desk.com and multifox, but I do not really hope for help from them, so I ask if anyone had a similar experience.

Strange, of course. It became interesting to me, so I decided to check our service . Works fine, so you can try it as an alternative :)
