CRM (something else) with the calculation of working hours?

Hello!

Do not throw slippers, googled, thought. We want to hear the opinions of those who have tried (if you have tried two/three/more similar options - cool, tell us, we will be grateful!)

Bottom line:
1. We need an environment with unobtrusive control of staying inside the environment / another way to calculate the spent working time.
2. We are not planning dictatorships, jokes are not appropriate. The style is ala "mass plant shop" - a forest, we're just wondering. We want to see, and not calculate in absolutely strange ways. We want to draw conclusions, not engage in astrology.
3.We look in the direction of self-written solutions. It's perfect. But first we want to touch something effective that we haven’t sawn (so far we haven’t touched anything at all, we read a lot; I came here for advice, here I trust people’s reviews)
