CRM is installed on one hosting, but not on another?

Good afternoon.
Faced the following problem: the same archive with crm works differently. There are two accounts on Gino, the hosting settings are the same, but crm is installed on one, and not on the other. There are no errors. The database is installed, but at the moment of creating the admin - nothing, just reloading the page.
Changed php versions, hosting, no result. On my Gino account, everything is installed and works without problems, on others it doesn’t. I do not know which way to even dig. Support also shrugs.
