Software for setting goals and tracking their progress

Good day!

Looking for software (or service) that can be used as a repository of goals. Breaking goals into sub-goals, as well as tracking the execution of goals (something like viewing progress).
They are interested in specially sharpened software, and not how to use / adapt the N product for purposes.
Also, interested in personal experience; Google shows a lot of all kinds of "good", but there is neither time nor desire to try everything

Thank you!

If I understood you correctly, then you are looking for something like this:
http://www.taskfreak.com/
TaskFreak has a single-user and multi-user edition.
The ability to create a common task with subtasks, connect several users to the task, monitor how they complete subtasks and set priorities and urgency.
Well, open source.
There is also Cerebro
http://cerebrohq.com/ru/
Very cool according to the statements, but I did not use it myself. See if it fits.
Commercial software.
