How to systematize the accumulated information?
TL; DR Studying different things - at first you do not attach any importance to this. "Yes, it will somehow gather in my head." But the more information becomes, the more you understand that all this needs to be memorized, otherwise it will inevitably be scattered through the back streets of memory. But to remember so many things? Most, by the way, are used 5 times a year - is it worth remembering? So, you need to properly store all this in order to quickly get it. But how?
Personal notes are easier to sort, easier to search for information, hence the need

Problem:
1. Do I need to copy articles in fear that the links will become broken? Something tells me yes, but isn't it far-fetched?
2. Evernote is no longer enough, one of the arguments is that you can't even create a long enough note with a table of contents consisting of an ordered list of hyperlinks.
3. Wiki-like structuring system is great, but Evernote's search engine will be missed.
4. The question seems to have been asked, but I consider it necessary to raise it again. After all, 2017, time has passed, something new has appeared. I hope =)
5. Summarizing - how to organize a system of organizing information close to ideal, which would be easy to update and edit, having an excellent search?

it is already two or three times outdated
it needs to be updated it

1. Yes, something extremely interesting is worth keeping
2. If the platform does not imply the possibility export data from yourself - it should be avoided
3. There is enough memory and grep to search through your notes
4. No. Google hasn't changed much
5. Remember in the brain
1/ organization of data depends on their type - my notes (Google Keep), knowledge base (Zim, Kiwik, etc.), links (Linkman)
2/ used to be free TheBrain - now I'm actively looking for its analogue with correct support for the Russian language to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, links, etc. and preferably with a web muzzle
