Build a block diagram (logical or algorithmic)? Or from the text - Wikipedia?

Software for visualization (and it is better to form a database)?
for example, there is a book with statements ..
the text is laid out into basic terms and then they build a diagram with arrows, for example, the main meaning of the book ..
as a result, there is a diagram for automating the algorithm, for example, getting out of a critical situation
and of course database ... remotely like Wikipedia ..
where to get convenient software for drawing flowcharts...
or rather software for analyzing text according to the specified terms and forming a database from a large text - mini Wikipedia... I
only saw how the statistics of the words encountered by the program are displayed... I
saw how a block diagram is drawn in Word .. .but this is too primitive approach...
and so I loaded the text of the book and got at least an analogue of Wikipedia and at least some kind of block diagram ...

and so I loaded the text of the book and got at least an analogue of Wikipedia and at least some kind of block diagram ..
. - and preferably, of course, on the ball.
And so, dreaming, of course, is not harmful. But still, it would be necessary to master the terminology in the beginning. Otherwise it's funny to read.
" I saw how a block diagram is drawn in Word ... " - no one draws flow diagrams in MS Word and never did. For this there is at least MS Visio.
and better software for text analysis on the specified terms - but can you first ask to describe what you mean by the phrase "text analysis"? And in addition - " analysis according to the specified (by whom) terms "? Well, at least give an example.
a scheme for automating an algorithm is generally an untranslatable set of words.
For example, there is a book with sayings ..- any book can be presented as a "book with sayings". Or do you mean a certain book/type of book. Please translate this thought of yours into a public form.
the text is decomposed into main terms and then they build a diagram with arrows, for example, the main meaning of the book .. - how can the arrows between the terms represent the main meaning of the book? Mystery. Again, I want to ask for an example. You can start not with "War and Peace", but with "Kolobok" - so: a list of terms, "arrows", "main meaning" (in a graphical representation??). We wait.
And to all this, the database is absolutely not clear (if the term database is interpreted as "database", of course).
" Software for visualization (or rather database formation) "
and of course DB... remotely like Wikipedia.. - DB and Wikipedia, separated by commas, well, well.
algorithm, for example, a way out of a critical situation - just :-(
block diagram (logical or algorithmic) - can you define what is meant by "logical block diagram", and what is meant by "algorithmic block diagram"?
I read the question again - I can’t to understand whether a sixth grader wrote, or whether they are testing a system for us that makes up sentences from a given set of words.
