Software for creating your own cloud on a PC (windows 7/10)?

The question is actually this. I decided to start implementing my cloud on my PC with windows 7/10.
From what I have already tested:
- tonido (I understand that this is no longer a cloud), I did not like it;
- owncloud + xampp - not a bad product according to reviews, but after installing xampp and running owncloud, I was sent far and wide with the phrase "ownCloud Server does not support Microsoft Windows".
Advise some other proven and reliable software.
From the requirements: I want to create a small cloud on a PC, up to 500 GB on average, with access to it via an Internet. I want to raise it on Windows, because I'm not familiar with Linux.

This is some nonsense.
The cloud is a service. Service if in Russian.
It is not clear to whom you are going to provide the service.
