Backup using Bacula to storage + tape

Good time gentlemen and ladies.

I'm deploying a backup system, based on the wonderful Bacula software, here's what is given:
1. A server with a connected storage system, on which bacula-dir and bacula-sd are spinning.
2. Server + tape library, which also has bacula-sd.

I can’t figure out how best to organize such a scheme: we back up a number of servers to the first bacula-sd, and store a bunch of full + incremental backups there for n days, after this period we don’t delete backups, but move them to the second bacula-sd and store them on tape k months.

Of course, there is a banal option to copy the contents of the pool from the first server to the second server in the “as is” mode in time, but something tells me that this is a bad idea.
