Sms gateway receiving long messages?

The thing is, there is a problem that, for a very long time, I can’t cope with one operator, I re-read the entire manual, I climbed everything I could, but I didn’t find anything like that anywhere. The bottom line is that there is a Kannel SMS gateway version 1.4.4, everything works stably with many operators, but there is a problem with only one operator, and then when receiving messages, more than 160 characters. All messages come as the operator divides them into the SMPP logs, they are there, but they don’t go further, everything hangs after a while, all sms fall, but at the same time, as separate sms and with a time delay, and in the log of the main bearerbox daemon there is such a message
WARNING: Time-out waiting for concatenated message ''+XXXXXXXXX' 'XXXX#175843687' 'Operator' '139' '3' '''. Send message parts as is.
My suspicion is that he cannot connect them, since this message comes with the so-called transaction id, the type of number is like this XXXX#123456789 i.e. the first short number and then the id of this message
Can someone help me with this????? or maybe there are some parameters in kannel that defines this separator?? I just know that in other SMS gates there is such a separator, you set it there and everything is OK BUT this is just an option, maybe there is another problem?
