subscriber in the Russian Federation sends an SMS to a certain number (issued by the service) with the content: "VOICE 1234", 10 rubles are deducted from the subscriber, and his number and the content of the SMS are sent to our server with an HTTP POST request, where our php script processes it.
the service must be a Russian company (with the exchange of documents through EDI). At the same time, without a subscription fee, that is, it simply takes its percentage from each SMS, and transfers the rest to our account.
