Dumb question. I don't receive SMS on iOS, what should I do?

Do not receive SMS from short numbers (not a fact, but this is how I identified the problem)
Ordinary ones come from subscribers, not from banks.
I did resets and all the recommendations that are on the network, but it does not help.

stomp to your mobile operator, if after resetting to the factory settings it didn’t work - this is not on your side of the trouble
ps opsos have services, they use it so that they don’t receive spam, refusal to receive messages from short numbers is made by an appropriate statement, there just they write that push notifications will not come from banks
