Good afternoon! We are developing a tool for working with reviews. One of the modules "Attracting reviews using SMS and EMAIL". We use API for SMS sending. All shipments are made from our jur. persons (IP).
Please tell me how to draw up a client agreement in this case. Can you advise something to read or throw off an example of an agreement.

Find good lawyers, a rather specific topic, there are many nuances. It is not particularly expensive if the project is serious.
And if not serious, then you can write something yourself, if only
