How to remotely control the SIM card?

I have a lot of SIM cards from different operators in Moscow. But that's bad luck, I have a phone 1.
How can I receive / send SMS without any special expenses and also make calls without the participation of a SIM card?
Is it possible?

In theory yes, in practice no (cell phones do not support this).
