How can I block spam via SMS in Android?

Interested in a program to manage the blacklist and block SMS from unknown numbers. I found Paranoid Sms Blocker, but it misses my incoming SMS manager. Does anyone have experience with this and similar programs?

Chomp SMS convenient setting for each contact + blocking certain numbers (black list)

There was such a problem when I was in Moscow, I decided for myself very simply. Disabled SMS. Almost no one uses them anyway.

Ideally, a statement to the prosecutor's office, RPN and opsos.
Specify which program for the SMS themselves you use.
