Smartphone (android/blackberry/windows phone)?

Hi guys.
Need advice on choosing smart + reviews of real owners are very welcome.
Criteria:
- the lower the sar level, the better
- the presence of an adequate camera (so far, of all the phones I have had, the best picture was given by HP and Samsung), if possible, examples of pictures in the comments
- price - plus / minus 7-8k (mb 10)
- charging - at least 2-3 days
- the operating system does not really matter, I used only android, but it seems like there are also positive reviews about Windows now, and blackberry should have something good. In general, I am not a fan of any particular system, the main thing is that it is convenient.
- not for use in greenhouse conditions (that is, so that the horses do not move after the first fall to the floor or when talking in the rain)
- it would be sooooo cool if there are hardware receive / hang up buttons
- Apple does not offer, stupidly does not fit into the budget
Yes, I know about the market and the choice by parameters, but I'm interested in the reviews of habravchan. I appreciated similar questions.
Thanks to all!

Look at Fly IQ441.
I had a biased attitude towards this brand, but having twisted this phone in my hands, I was pleasantly surprised. Nimble, good screen, assembled perfectly. And for the price you fit.

I think the new Lumia should suit you perfectly.

If you have a budget of 7-8 thousand, then I think you should study the question of whether the “Chinese” is right for you. They're pretty cool now. Similar branded models cost twice as much.
ThL W3 + is a reliable proven option - there are even articles about it on Habré - read it (there is also black).
JIAYU G3 - not released yet - expected to be on sale any day - it should be even more fun.
ZOPO ZP300 + - there should also be a description on the hub.
ZOPO ZP900S - for lovers of large phones - only 512 MB of RAM for some reason - 1 GB would be better.
As for branded phones for such a price - this is a separate conversation - but of course they will be very budgetary in all respects.

“It would be cool if the price difference was 7-8 pieces, yes) No, this is an approximate budget. It was decided to completely abandon the Chinese, no hardcore - only Samsungs, Nokias, Acers, Motorolas and more.
The very ceiling at a price so far is 10-12 thousand.
You won’t believe it, but then it’s suitable ... drum roll ... Nokia N900 :
- quality (flying on the asphalt at full speed from my pocket several times)
- the camera is beyond praise (especially after the SSU update)
- if you do not use the Internet (that is, to make a GPRS connection / 3G was turned off) and only make calls (not using the Internet), then 2-3 pulls calmly (by the way, if you turn off cellular communication at all, then it will last a week how to do it)
- there are no hardware buttons at all, but the sensor is resistive - so you can answer even in the most severe frosts
. Well, reviews and descriptions on the internet are a car and a small cart.

Still, the 3Gs is well within the budget. I don't know about sar.
