There is an idea to create a full-fledged laptop from a mobile phone, taking into account today's technologies, this is already quite possible to do in 2015. A sort of mobile transformer, expandable by a docking station.
But I'm not sure that iron manufacturers will pay attention to this moment. The Chinese don't have the imagination, and the Americans don't have the courage.
I would like to find a person who understands 3d modeling or vector graphics in order to make a concept of such a device and attract, perhaps, the attention of the public. And it may be possible to eventually attract, at least the Chinese, to the production of test batches.
I will take over the development of an interactive site and the promotion of this idea in the dotcom and runet.

Better just a pocket computer, so you can manage on weight. And what's the point of such a baby if you still have to deploy it? There are already developments on convenient mobile keyboards (Octodon, all sorts of chords, and the good old semi-quarters and numpads are not bad), and touchscreens with dynamic relief. And yes, what do you mean by "fullness" - the power of iron, the absence of certain protections, the architecture of the processor? Because even a microcontroller is a computer; what is considered complete and what is not is a rather controversial issue.
