How to save data in a mobile application so that everything is saved after clearing the memory?

Правильно ли понял вопрос ? Вам нужен backup & restore application ?
1. Само приложение умеет так делать
2. Приложение написано с учетом штатного апи для бекапа самой системой

(по умолчанию свои данные может читать только само приложение)
