Small call center based on skype. Is it possible to?

We organize a small office, there is a task: to receive regular incoming calls and calls from Skype.
In total, there will be a maximum of 4 operators, each with a computer. There will be both incoming and outgoing calls.
I would like to organize the whole structure on the basis of Skype, but a few questions remain.
Is it possible to organize multi-channel, provided that there is one external number from numbers and one letter? Probably, they will still call more often to a regular number, but calls from Skype to Skype should have the same priority.
If Skype is not suitable for these purposes, please advise how best to organize such a system in the cheapest way :)

Skype will not work, even in my opinion there is no such thing in business yet,
put a soft-attack with asterisk, it can work with ordinary lines both with Skype and with vulture.

Skype by itself supports multi-channel, in fact, as well as the ability for 4 operators to be online from one account. Go ahead.

here in the VoIP blog recently published a review of SypeKit. The thing, though terribly expensive, but allows, in principle, to cross the subject with all sorts of EPB (office PBX) such as asterisk and friswitch. And even set up multichannel :)

Skype is not the best solution for organizing a call center. We have been engaged in IP-telephony for a long time, so there is a certain understanding. If there is interest - write in a personal, I'll try to get past the main rake.
