Is there an effective alternative to Skype?

Hey!

Friends, what are the alternatives for Skype in terms of audio / video conferences for several people? Preferably free. And preferably “out of the box” so as not to finish it, but the “from the browser” option is also normal. Conferences between PC users only, phone calls are not needed.

Thanks please!

ps of course, there are Tinychat and OoVoo and FaceTime as well as Google Voice, Vbuzzer, VoxOx, Viber, Grasshoper, 8 × 8 Virtual Office Pro / Solo, etc., etc. It is your opinion at the moment about the practical side of the issue that is interesting. here
