Is there a plug-in for Skype that, when a call comes in, launches an external application and passes it the number / login of the caller?

For example, when making a call, an http request is made in which the subscriber's number is transmitted.

And what does the sip client have to do with it? That is, only the CID indication on the monitor depends on it, and so -
If this is IP telephony, then PSTN / GSM or any other gateway / trunk should send the callerid to the IP-PBX, and then the information is transmitted to the hardware or software SIP phone , and this is only part of the call path, there is still a transmitting side. If the plug is somewhere before the SIP phone in the CID transmission, then no end SIP terminal will save you.
