Skype for business - micro and macro lags. How to overcome?
Greetings!
At work, the main means of communication is a standard messenger from the Microsoft Office suite. First there was a communicator, then Lync, now Skype for business. And as I switched to the last one, the trash began.
-When receiving a call - hangs for 10-15 seconds
-2-3 times a day freezes either the main window or all Skype windows
-When you click on a pop-up notification about a new conversation, Skype can completely "freeze" up to a minute.
-During videoconferencing, Skype easily eats 1-2 gigabytes of memory and starts to slow down wildly when you try to correspond in parallel with text .
The selected infuriates the most.
Over the past six months, I tried a lot - I reached the 5th page of Google for the request "skype for business freezes", I tried how the Win10 + Office16, Win10 + Office13, Win8.1 + Office16, Win8.1 + Office13, Win7 + Office16 bundle would behave , Win7+Office13.
As a result of experiments, the minimum number of problems on a bunch of Win7 + Office16. But there are still hiccups.
Someone faced? How to treat? M.b. influenced by something in the environment. Punto Switcher was demolished in the forefront - not him. I updated the firewood for the video card (on the advice of the same Google) - it did not help.
Laptop: hp eb 840G3.

Ordinary Skype can also slow down like this. I tried to make a new profile with a clean history - it does not slow down. Returned history - slows down. Console command /verify
will give a sheet
